Speaker 1:

Hello, this podcast is on the importance of daily deep breathing. We all know that deep breathing is essential to life, but did you know that the quality of your breath is as important as the quantity? Most of us breathe unevenly, which can lead to a host of health problems, including anxiety, poor sleep and chronic pain. Deep breathing has many benefits it can help you to relax. It can increase your energy level, even ease the pain. There's five reasons to make deep breathing a part of your daily routine. One deep breathing improves your overall health. Two deep breathing reduces stress. Three deep breathing also helps to manage internal organs and improves blood circulation blood circulation. Four taking deep breaths can also help to improve our lung capacity and and help make us less breathless. A five deep breathing is simple and a free way to instantly improve our mood and well-being. So throughout my healing process, throughout my healing journey, I have discovered the importance of breathing and I went and did, uh did two transformational breath, a workshop and a personal seminar, and I saw the benefits myself on how deep breathing not only brings you, brings, brought me back into my body, but it also, like, calms the post-traumatic stress and it helps to to ground, it helped to ground me into my body, which is all important, um, and then with sound healing, like when I'm toning um, it's important for me to take deep breaths and and to be able to connect by myself, because when, when I'm toning om, or let's say um, I or ah, it's important that I'm I'm breathing and I'm standing in my body. So, having a daily practice where you're connected to your breath and you're you're breathing and you're sounding and you're in your body and you're connected to your spirit and everything, there's just like so so many good things that can happen. You know, and the shallow chest breathing is a sign of poor health. When you breathe deeply, however, it massages your internal organs and helps to increase the blood flow. This, in turn, can improve your digestion, detoxify your body and boost your immune system. If you're looking to improve your overall health, then deep breathing should be at the top of your list.

Speaker 1:

I was talking about deep breathing and post-traumatic stress. Deep breathing helps me to manage the symptoms of post-traumatic stress. Deep breathing helps me to manage the symptoms of post-traumatic stress. So one of the main benefits of deep breathing is its ability to reduce stress. When you're stressed, your body goes into flight, or flight, which can lead to several unpleasant systems, including increased heart rate and shower breathing.

Speaker 1:

Deep breathing helps to trigger the relaxation response of the body, calms the parasympathetic nervous system Okay and it helps to calm the body down. It helps to release. It causes the opposite in the stressor response. It calms the body down when you're deep breathing. It helps to massage the internal organs. So you have a diaphragm and when you're just doing a shallow chest breathing, you're not breathing as fully as you could, because the diaphragm is supposed to go up and down. It's not supposed to be like just breathing into your chest. You want to be breathing like as you did when you was a baby, when he was a baby, knowing that massages the internal organs. It helps to improve blood circulation and deliver more oxygen to our cells. It also helps to release tension from our muscles and relax our whole body. So and then it's a simple and free way to instantly improve our mood and well-being.

Speaker 1:

Deep breathing is one of the most simple and effective ways to improve our mood and well-being. When we take deep abdominal breaths, we stimulate the vagus nerve, which signals our brain that we are safe and relaxed. This in turn has a calming effect on the nervous system. The breathing also oxygenates our blood, which helps to clear out toxins from our body. This can really improve energy levels and boost an immune system. So next time you're feeling stressed or anxious, take a few minutes to focus on your breath. You'll be amazed at how much better you feel. So, in conclusion, deep breathing is a simple and free way to instantly improve our mood. Well-being is one of the most natural and effective ways to relax the body and ease stress. When we take deep breaths, it sends a signal to the body to relax. The automatic nervous system is then able to restore balance in the body. Deep breathing also helps to massage the entorial organs and improve blood circulation. Additionally, deep breathing can also improve our lung capacity and make us breathless. Finally, deep breathing a simple, free way to improve our mood and well-being.
